I drink a lot of tea, and I mean a lot.  I have recently been trying different teas such as berry, green tea and jasmine so I get a hot drink and not so much caffeine.

It got me thinking what are the benefits of jasmine tea and I was quite impressed with what I found out.

Jasmine tea is green tea blended with Jasmine.  Jasmine tea is high in catechins which are antioxidants and drinking this tea offers health benefits too.

There is still some caffeine in green tea but not as much as ordinary tea so for me it’s definitely a step in the right direction for reducing my caffeine intake.

Benefits of Jasmine Tea:

Relaxation: 
The aroma of jasmine coupled with the digestive properities and benefits of green tea makes it a great beverage if you are feeling stressed or wanting to relax prior to going to sleep.
