Some days, especially when I’m tired and busy as a family I can find it hard to stay on track with feeling positive and motivated.

I’ll let you into my secret.  It’s something that not only benefits me but benefits the whole family.

This is something I do on a regular basis and find that when I’m not as happy or motivated or positive that this really helps.

It’s simple, it’s easy but I find that using it pretty much all day or on and off throughout the day and even during the night is really beneficial.

My secret is listening to subliminal messages on youtube.

How do subliminal messages work?  Compared to regular audio, the subliminal affirmation messages are recorded at many different frequencies and volumes, therefore you will be unable to hear the messages consciously. Because you are unable to hear the messages consciously, they bypass the part of your mind that analyses information, thus enabling the messages to go directly to your subconscious mind, allowing them to be absorbed as a factual new reality.

Why would you want to listen to subliminal messages, well, simply put you don’t consciously hear them, your ego mind won’t worry about them, it’s messages sent to be absorbed into your subconscious which is the real part of your body that will reprogramme your mind into a better thought pattern.

Thomas Hall has a wide selection of hypnosis, binaural, affirmations and subliminal videos on his youtube channel and now has a website where you can purchase these as MP3.

Now, I’ve not always been a lover of classical music and always used to listen to his subliminal videos with the sounds of nature but I’ve grown quite fond of the relaxing classical music on in the background.

I’ve suggested these videos to a few friends and those that listen have agreed that they do make a difference.

Why not give it a go for yourself too.  Keep at it.  Find one that resonates with you, although you may listen to several.
Something so simple really can make a difference!
