It a can be so true that life doesn’t always go to plan and that has been me lately.
Tired, busy, reasonably overwhelmed and feeling like I’ve been running on empty. Distracted by a few issues in my family life including heart-wrenching troubles.
I do practise positivity but like everyone, I’m only human.
Sometimes being positive doesn’t spring to mind as it should do.
Tiredness can certainly emphasise negative feelings.
Take time to recharge.
I had a nap today with my two year old. I felt like a different person afterward.
If you can recharge your batteries, take a nap. Have an early night. Catch up on sleep. Getting enough sleep can make it easier to be positive.

Pop the radio on or a playlist that you love. A song may just jerk you out of the emptiness, numbness, overwhelment and negativity.
If all else fails, trust that tomorrow will be a better day.
