Do you prefer to feel worried or Okay? Do you prefer to feel Okay or happy?
Not enjoying your work colleagues? Then concentrate on aspects of your work that make it easier to enjoy rather than focusing on the ones you don’t enjoy.
Not enough money in the bank?
Focus on the fact that you have money, you have food and you have shelter.
No ideal partner? Think about how lovely it is to see people in love, to know you have had good experiences and that more will to come.
Smooth out the ride any way you can but try to be conscious of where your thoughts are going, try it for yourself and see what a difference it makes.
