It truly is so simple.
Blanched mange tout.
Seeds (I use a pre packed mixture of seeds).
A drizzle of fresh lime and olive oil.
This is a great way to get extra vegetables into your diet along with some vitamin and mineral packed seeds, parsley and some ‘good fats’.
Simply blanch some broccoli and mange tout by placing it in boiling water for 3-10 minutes depending how soft you like your vegetables and then immediately cool down in cold water. You can do this for a few meals worth and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
